Modern Illuminism is a type of art in which the artist; with the use of color sequencing, layering opalescent and incandescent colors, creates pieces which actually interact with light and give the illusion of luminosity. This means that the works when viewed under different shades of lighting and angles can create a chameleon effect as the piece grabs and reflects the light.
